1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and jilicity88 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). Access to and use of the jilicity88 platform — which includes online casino games, a live dealer suite, sports betting, slots, and related features — is conditional on your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

By clicking "Register", "I Agree", or by otherwise accessing any part of the jilicity88 platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and (c) you meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 below.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on jilicity88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jilicity88 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement in line with responsible gambling standards applicable to the Malaysian market.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on jilicity88 or any associated platform.
• You are not an employee, director, or immediate family member of a jilicity88 employee or any associated gaming supplier, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.

jilicity88 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account, and any winnings generated prior to successful verification may be withheld pending review.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may register and operate only one (1) account on jilicity88. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, nationality, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. jilicity88 shall not be liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (username and password).
• Any activity conducted under your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify jilicity88 immediately at support@jilicity88.lat.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jilicity88 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, GrabPay, and USDT TRC20. jilicity88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering ("AML") checks. Withdrawals may only be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. jilicity88 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence before approving any withdrawal.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the jilicity88 cashier section.
• Processing times vary by payment method; standard bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• jilicity88 does not accept deposits from third-party or anonymous payment sources.
• Any funds identified as proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jilicity88 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated on the promotion detail page.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only and cannot be claimed by excluded or suspended accounts.
• jilicity88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• The use of multiple accounts or other deceptive methods to claim bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Free spins winnings are typically credited as bonus funds and subject to wagering requirements, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

6 Gameplay Rules

jilicity88 offers a comprehensive suite of gaming products including live dealer baccarat and blackjack, online roulette, video slots, a full sportsbook covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, UFC, and international football, as well as additional casino table games. Each game or product category is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within each game interface and on the relevant game information pages.

• All game outcomes on jilicity88 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for virtual games, and by real-time physical dealing for live dealer tables.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, jilicity88 will use all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs and apply a fair resolution.
• Bets placed after a game round has concluded — due to latency, connection issues, or any other reason — are void and will be refunded.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per round. These limits are displayed within each game interface prior to participation.
• jilicity88 reserves the right to void any bet that it reasonably suspects was placed using automated software, exploiting a software error, or through collusion with other players.

For sportsbook wagers, odds are subject to change until a bet is fully confirmed. Accepted bets are binding. In the event of a suspended market or an obvious pricing error, jilicity88 reserves the right to void the relevant selection at its discretion.

7 Responsible Gaming

jilicity88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become harmful. Our platform provides a range of tools to help Members manage their gambling activity in a safe and controlled manner.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Once set, a reduction takes effect immediately; an increase is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members can configure session duration reminders to maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Any Member who wishes to take a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reactivated until the chosen period has elapsed, except in the case of permanent exclusion.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen prompts remind Members of their session activity and cumulative wagering totals.

jilicity88 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time, and to suspend accounts pending successful verification.

8 Privacy & Data

jilicity88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, two-factor authentication options, and regular security audits to protect your personal and financial information. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge this inherent risk by using jilicity88.

• Your personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or to protect the integrity of the platform.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilicity88, its directors, employees, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

jilicity88 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect platform availability. We will use reasonable endeavours to notify Members of planned downtime in advance.

• jilicity88's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. Members wishing to close their account may do so by contacting jilicity88 support at support@jilicity88.lat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded via the Member's registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

jilicity88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold or forfeit funds, where there is reasonable evidence of:

• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or age information.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including bonus abuse or multi-accounting.
• Fraudulent activity, collusion, or use of prohibited software or strategies.
• Any activity that jilicity88 reasonably believes constitutes money laundering or financing of illegal activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed against jilicity88 without legitimate basis.

Where an account is closed by jilicity88 for cause, the Member will be notified via their registered email address. Decisions made pursuant to this section are final unless successfully challenged through our formal dispute resolution process outlined in the FAQ.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. jilicity88 operates as an online platform serving Members in Malaysia and endeavours to comply with all applicable regulations in the jurisdictions in which it operates.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and jilicity88, the Member should first contact our support team at support@jilicity88.lat with full details of the complaint. We will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, jilicity88 may, at its discretion, refer the matter to an independent third-party dispute resolution service. The outcome of such a referral will be binding on both parties.

12 Amendments to These Terms

jilicity88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active Members via their registered email address and by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the jilicity88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
